Big news for 2024 - we’re coming back to the summer PRFM and boy are we excited!

Lately we’ve been bring our produce to market through the winter months, from November to March. Our farm is set up for winter storage with a large root cellar and hardy greens production in our passive solar greenhouse. Supplying fresh produce to market through Ontario’s harsh winter - using zero carbon heating and cooling systems - is an act of resilience that brings us great pride.
